Hi!

I register domain on <snip>. Also I payed for hosting once, then second time. I thought that transaction was unsuccesfull. But I call my bank, and they take money and no reply or email. I asked them 3-4 times via email. Nothing. I am very dissapointed. <snip> is 5star hosting company. Everything best about them I can read.

Well, I live in Europe, and one minute call to US is like 3 month hosting. I need some friendly call (free inside US) to ask them what is the problem. If anyone can help? I have also auth. codes from my bank for those transactions. Also all other info.
Thanks!

Personally, I use SkypeOut, or a calling card, to call the States. Couple of pennies a minute.

best, a.

You sure maybe the emails were not filtered out by SPAM filters at your hosts level or filters on your client end?

Take care,

most would probably be will to do this, but the larger the company - the more difficult it is for them to speak to someone other than the owner.

For example, I had a client who had a client who was having problems with their email on Godaddy. Since I was trying to help my client, I called them. They would not speak with me because I was not a customer. They needed to speak with the client (who was not tech savvy at all) and I explained I was doing a favor. They literally hung up on me

Thanks for support!

Well, I forgot to say that major reason for asking this is
my very bad english. Anyway, I called them, and only Ι hear
is machine.

I found on site that they respond quickly to faxes (!?).

People, thanks!
