SSL certificate

UK Only

Hi Guys,

If you need to purchase a SSL certificate for a client, which sites do you use? Any in particular? Must be UK based.

why would they need to be UK based?

we use thawte, the other big fella is verisign.

Cheers jatar_k. No idea why only UK based, thats down to client preference.

The hosting server he wants to use has SSL support, so maybe I should wait until I get the log in details to see whats what. He`s signing up for hosting package himself as he knows a friend who can get him a discount.

As a follow up I persuaded the guy that a UK based SSL cert was not really that important and he has decided to go with godaddy.com.
