I joined clickalyzer tracking and logging on their promise that they would track clickbank affiliate sales. However I was dissappointed when I found that it did not work well with clickbank sales and I lost sales too. I cancelled the service. in spite of that they have billed me. There are no replies to emails.
I sent a support ticket on clickbank problem with their traking system as soon as I started using their system. The ticket is still open. No answers yet.
Please help. How to get the refund & stop them from billing my credit card again.
