Paypal to India - timeframe?

How much time does it take to deliver a check from paypal to India

I had started using paypal about 4 months ago to get payments from my clients. Then I used the withdrawl service and got my payments in india in 12 days time, a check from paypal. Second time, the check took 15 days to reach.

This time, its been over 20 days and nothing.

Paypal is not responding to emails also? Any idea how much time do they take to reply to help queries? They dont have a suport desk.

Does anyone have a better suggestion than paypal for India? ( I am not considering ccavenue because of some reasons )
