multi-line phone system

I need to set up a 2 line phone sytem and tie it into a toll free phone number. Should I be working with the phone company on this or with some sort of telephone consultant. I find that my dealings with the phone company are neither cheap nor efficient.

I would do it myself. Your local phone company or a third party provider can easily set you up with a toll-free number and link it to any lines you want. I would also recommend that you do some research on google for "virtual 800", "virtual phone system", etc. Hope this helps.
