Webmasters for hire (contract)

I've heard that there are sites offering a matchmaker service between contract webdesigners and those desiring a web site. Anyone have some URLs? Has anyone used them (on either side of the equation) and, if so, thoughts, comments and evaluation?

mnw, there are a number of them and some look reputable.
One has a job bidding system, and I'm getting email from them every day with postings - annoying, but interesting.

On all the sites I've seen, I've never yet seen anything posted for SEO as a designated "category" - just web design, development and programming.

I'll collect a few URLs I have and email them to you in the next day or two.

I asked her not too Woz, because some of it, may be deemed proprietary copyrighted/intellectual property based information. Job sites can be over eager to protect their lists. I know of a person sued by a large Job site because he posted a job list of theirs in usenet.
