Potential client balking at copyright legalese?

There's a potential client I've been working with who likes my work and is impressed with the proposal, etc. - but his lawyer is balking at the transfer of web site portion of the contract.

I typically transfer complete ownership of the site to the client upon receipt of final payment in full. However, since often third party script are used I can't transfer ownership of those since I'm constrained by the respective EULA of the particular script(s).

For example, if I use a third-party form-processing script I can't transfer ownership of that script to the client.

If there some boilerplate verbiage that I should use?

Here's what I use:

Upon completion, [Company Name] will transfer ownership rights to the finished assembled work of web pages to the Client. This ownership is limited to design, graphics, text and HTML source code. [Third party script name] and all images, other than those supplied by the Client, are used under license and remain the copyright of their respective owners.
