SEO Contract

A barebones guide needed

Yes, I know, consult my attorney. We will. In order to cut down on legal costs, I'd like to present a contract draft for editing. I don't want the lawyer to write up the whole thing as that would take a lot of time on both of our parts.

I found one here that is VERY lengthy and way more detailed than we want to be. (details are contained in other documents) We are looking for a template to use to create our contract with minimal stuff.

SO... if anyone has / knows of an example contract, please share the news.

Ok, Found one for myself. Here's what I came up with since I didn't find anything on WW giving a simple example of a contract. Hope this helps someone else.
