i get email newsletters from some affiliate programs i participate in and they always have "sponsors" or "featured" categories. does anyone here advertise through these and if so, do they work?
seems to me, if you have something to market webmasters (hosting, your aff prog, etc) you'd do well in this newsletter. maybe i'm wrong.

It all depends on the source and the audience. We market through one newsletter (small text ad inside the newsletter) and the ROI is amazing but I have done others which have done nothing...
