I'm looking for an idea of what websites are going for now and although I've read many previous threads of X times earnings and other factors etc., I'm looking more for prices of sites that aren't involved in sales but which have a good traffic base, good PR & backlink structure and rely on programs such as text links and adsense to make money.
If anyone can point me in the right direction it'd be a great help.
