I found a company that can form a UK company (with bank account, registered office, secretary) on behalf of a non-resident. Is such thing legal? Where can I get more info? Is this limited to EU nationals? They charge quite a bit but they are providing the secretary... ;)
I target the UK so it would make sense for clients and for cutting costs with wire transfer/cashing cheques (currently taking a whopping 45 days to clear!)
What about accounting? Can I trust someone to do it for me over there? Other taxes, expenses etc? I'll gladly go elsewhere to ask if you just point the way!
