How much can charge for banner

I Have a site , with 2500 unique visitors and 125000 page view per day. I want to sell my page header space for advertisements. I want to know the following information.
1. Where to find potential advertisers.
2. How much can we charge for the advertisements.

Note: I already have google adsense.

Please any one willing to help and answer this will be very much appriciated.

Impossible for us to answer without some more information. What are the demographics of your audience? Is the site geared toward males/females, rich/poor, young/old? Some more information on the site would help.
