I read the entire thread and to me it seems that everyone really has their own process of making the sale, preparing a proposal, etc. Just out of curiousity some individuals specifically noted their "tricks of the trade" and I was wondering if they would be willing to revisit some of their past ideas and methodologies and see if they are currently using the same or have moved to a different philosophy?
