Web-site Lenience

Do I need a lenience before selling these websites?

Hello,

I started designing web-sites for fun and I now want to make a little extra cash with them.

Would offer websites for around $35-$60 to animal owners.

Now to my question, I would be selling maybe 1 site a month. I would not have over $600 to have to tax the money. Do I need a lenience before selling these websites?

Do you mean a license? In other words a piece of paper from the government?

It would help to know what country you are going to do business in.
