Looking for a webhost reseller

I'm setting up my design business and want to resell hosting, so my small business clients can get everything they need from me.

What companies offer transparent reselling, meaning I can sign up the person through my site, yet in the end the host handles billing, etc.

The problem is more who offers this AND is reliable, fair, and offers reasonable prices.
