I have a designer that I work with and he is quite connected in the business community. He doesn't do web stuff but we have an agreement that I will do his web work for his clients. This is great because I get clients and he extends his services. The problem is that I want to make sure that I get complete specs and that his clients understand my terms and know about hosting and such. I would like to be able to give my designer a worksheet and contract so that when I get the job everything I need is there. Plus, I really should do this for my own clients anyway so its all documented.
I've googled and found a buch of stuff but what of it is any good? Any samples to share?
