I'm hiring someone, who will be an independent contractor, to handle customer service for me (via email, remotely from their home). Does anyone have, or know of, a good but relatively simple agreement I can use for this? I assume there is one floating around, or a generic one I can buy online etc. rather than having to go to my attorney. Basically just something that puts into words the fact that there is no employer/employee relationship, that any info they have access to about our company or clients is top secret, etc. etc. Anyone?

You can usually buy a kit with such a boilerplate contract from a bookstore or office supply store.

Don't forget that contacts should be written with the specific legalese for your specific country. It usually isn't a case of one-country-fits-all when it comes to legally binding contracts.
