Wish to purchase ready built scripts and database structure

I'm tasked to re-develop an geographical area tourism website in the U.K. Accommodations are to searchable ie how many stars, hotel/guesthouse/farm, price ranges, do they take dogs etc etc etc - producing a list of suitable premises.

Would like to construct in PHP & MySQL but haven't learnt this yet and need to implement without delay.

Anybody know where I can purchase ready built files or a hosting service for this sort of facility?
