Newsletter has become a big asset in Website promtion. But some formalities are going to increased to this. The U.S. will implement a federal law from January 1, 2004 that would make it legal to send such mails, provided they contain the sender's physical address, do not use a deceptive subject line, and do not mask their identity with false headers. Violators will be considered spam and could be fined.
