Hi all

I am looking to find an online solution that would allow us to run 5 staff members' diaries that could be accessed by all members from their respective dialup connections.

It would need to be nice and simple for the non-techie bunch we have here and the ability to maintain separate diaries as well as a combined one would be nice.

Does anyone use anything like this?

Many thanks

Cy

LiveJournal is open source, but it may be overkill for your needs.

Sweet system, though.

Hi

Thanks for the reply, but this looks more like a blogging tool than a diary, unless I am wrong.

I am really looking for something that has the calendar there ready to drop appointments in.

Cheers

Language barrier, my friend. "diary" in the US is synonymous with "journal", so i thought you meant a blog. :) my fault...

Check out horde.org. Very cool set of utilities, and a calendar that's easy to set up and very useful.

I've got one client who's really happy and overly enthusiastic about norada.com.

I think it's the fact it also has a chat feature that's only accessible by your workgroup that he's become addicted to.

you can try the organizer by very simple (verysimple.com). if you change your mind and decide to use an executable, outlook does all of what you asked for (contacts, journal, calendar, notes, tasks, email of course, sharing of all of the above).
