What is the best place to post job listings for developer/programmer? We're in the LA area, looking for someone with Java/web development skills, who can work part-time to full-time. We've tried craigslist and dice. Are there better ways to find good people?

Make a page on your site optimised for "developer/programmer LA" and see what happens
