Software recommendation for logging customer details

I need software that I can use to log customer details, conversations, prices,contact info., etc. Can anyone recommend a good program?

If you are looking for a cheap cheap simple simple contact management tool, I'd consider Act.

It works very well for tracking people and organizations, so if your prices are attached to your contacts, great.

As a database person, I have to tell you that this software is really not well written... it is flat, and not normalized.

But it is such a breeze to use, and it has a user interface that salespeople love, and the price is good. It does a superb job of keeping track of converstaions, notes, meetings, and has a nifty calendar.

Again, Act is a contact management tool. It will not keep track of your inventory, etc.
