Need to check out the viability of two companies one in Norway and one in Denmark.
Can anyone help me deal with this.

I'm not quite sure what kind of information you want, but in Denmark you can get some of the basic company information (registration info and accounts) from The Danish Commerce and Companies Agency, under The Danish Ministry of Economic and Business Affairs.
