On isolated searches, I have been seeing after the 4th/5th result (just above the fold, approximately), a horizontal rule, followed by:

See results for: [widget] [term]

(Where widget was the original search, but 'widget term' may be a more productive search)

Below this are three results on [widget term] (not [widget]) - followed by another horizontal rule.

After that the normal SERPs are restarted.
