Enom's DNS URL Redirect

Is it down today?

We use Enom's DNS services for most of our web sites. Because of this we can use their URL redirect to avoid the www/non-www issue.

Today their redirection stopped working for all of my domains. Has anyone else noticed this?

Yes. I noticed exactly the same problem. Their URL redirection was down for several hours yesterday.

Forwarding to an IP address worked okay during this time.

I submitted a support ticket and shortly after that they confirmed that there was a problem. Late yesterday (Thursday August 18th) I received another message from them stating that the problem had been resolved.

I know enom is a Microsoft shop, and there are a lot of companies running Windows 2k as DNS servers. I wonder if they got hit by the bug that has been going around...
