Netsol primary & secondary contact

Dont see change in public whois

I have made changes to the user contact & technical contact but only see the changes in the control panel but not at the general whois. Why is that so, could it be the login i have is only the secondary contact.

You'll have to wait 24 hours to see changed reflected in the public namespace (WHOIS).

But the DNS changes, I made reflected right away - I mean the whois information.

But I've done similiar changes in other domain registrar & it's reflected right away.

Anyway, it's few more hours before it's passed 24 hrs, I'll wait & see.

Changing who the Primary Contact for an account or the Account Admin or Technical Contacts doesn't necessarally imply that it will change the whois contacts for a domain.... Whois info will only change if the Account Contact you changed was already the whois contact.

Best way to do this (yes it is a little confusing). Log in, go to Edit Account Contacts, select the account if you need to (if you only have 1 account, you won't have to do this), Click on the link "View/Edit Whois contacts". Then follow instructions..
