When do deletes?

When domains are marked as to be deleted on a certain date such as to be deleted today. Is there a certian time that this occurs or is is just random?

Also how is godaddy for sniping names.. any good?

I believe it is 1:00PM Pacific.

Maybe they work for some people, but in my expreience if Pool, Snapnames and Namewinner are after the same name Godaddy will not secure it.
