Cannot change Name Server

Hello,
I just bought an expired domain and is in full swing in development and had to test the application when i realized that my man who books for me all the domains have booked by his name and now when ever i check by register or any of the whois server it shows his name and the staus inactive and transfer prohibited... why is it?

first make sure domain locking is not active

it will prevent transfers and name server changes

Dipen,If the domain has been created within the last 60 days that could explain the "transfer prohibited" status.
Don't worry about the whois info being different on other whois.Its your registrar that counts.As long as the dns is in place you should be able to use your domain.
