The most interestinting thing in that article is on Gzipping output.

Anyone messed around with that? Any advice?

I'm doing a couple of mega files (1.5meg) and it seems like a good alternative.

The blurb on gzipping is down near the bottom of the article.

The problem with the rest of the article is mod_perl - although the server tuning part on min/max servers/clients is interesting.
