Flash plugin removal

I know somewhere in windows there is the option to remove the flash plug-in but I can't find it, anyone got an ideas

Are you thinking of Add/Remove programs under Control Panel?

thanks dave but no, I've uninstalled it before once but was talked through it by a friend over the phone and it's somewhere in explorer options but i can't find it and friend's on holiday, where are your friends when you need them !!!
