Looking for SSI or perl for "Date"

got all the java I need

Looking for a perl script or an SSI that will deliver todays date in a nice format like "Wednesday December 27, 2000" (don't need java, can't depend on the date on everyones computer being correct)

Would also be nice if I could us it to set days in the future ( like 90 days from today or 31 days, etc) but not required...

Anyone seen anything that might work???
