so, does google report to your version of the Internal Revenue Service regarding the income you received from them, or is it entirely up to you to report that in your taxes?

I thought of setting up a relative with an adsense account and put his tracking code on my sites. He'd be the one making the income and save me a lot of taxes. Even if he´s got to pay taxes on it, assuming its lower than in the states, I could pay him the necessary amount (plus maybe 1 or 2 percentage points for the trouble) and we'd all be out of this winning. Or not?

Any american company paying more than $600/year to a US independent contractor has to report it to IRS with a 1099 form and Google is no exception!.

What you propose is basically money laundering and I believe you understand the risks and ethics!
