With 100.000, do you mean traffic rank? This page explains what this rank means:

Don't bother with Alexa's rank. It doesn't really prove or disprove anything of interest. If your site is well optimised and doing well on Google, then naturally it will do just as well on Alexa.
Cheers!
Alexa is powered by Google.
Their web searches are powered by Google.
But their ranking system is totally separate from Google, and has nothing to do with Google.
In regard to the accuracy of their ranking system, don't depend on it. It's useless, unless Korean surfing habits are your concern.
According to the posted link to Alexa's disclaimer, if anybody bothers to read it, you will see that only IE users are counted; that AOL users are not counted, and that the majority of their users are Korean.
To put it frankly, the Alexa toolbar is junk.

I have some comment:
1. My company's alexa rank is 42,000, we get about 900 visitors everyday.
2. I find Alexa could give estimate about a new web very soon, somebody said that the website would be counted only by the I.E installed Alexa, I think it is wrong.
3. By my experience, 70% of Alexa ranking is beleivable and most of my website owned 50-100 visitors every day got about Alexa rank 300,000--200,000, it is rational , I think.
Who give me more data about the visitor and Alexa ranking?
