Does Northern Light work now?

I can not find how to add my website to NorthernLight.com

I don't know whether www.northernlight.com works now!
I want to add my website to northernlight.com but failed and the url is following :

[northernlight.com...]

I tried several times, always could not post my message. Is there anybody know what happened to northerlight or how to suggest one website to northernlight.com

It is my understanding that you cannot submit url's to NL any longer. I believe that at this point people can purchase their documents, but they do not perform the role of a general search engine. Perhaps others on this forum have more up-to-date info...

That's it, no more submissions there. Their documents, last I heard, were available at Yahoo as a paid service.

I searched something on it, the results are all news. I think NL does never offer general search service(content searche), does it?

hotice_2002 I know of one source where NL offers search service, and that's godado.it.(not Godaddy as I wrote above in a late night stupor) Godado is a european PPC engine which in Italy uses for Italian and worldwide searches NL as backfill for the PPC listings.

It's somehow strange and requires NL to spider regularly, which I'm not sure they do.

But, apart from that, and most likely you won't be much interested in an Italian second league engine, no public user search interface from NL.
