This seems to have been used as a meta-search engine to reach my site. It seems to belong to the University of Trier.
But it's main offering is:
"Search for Personal Home Pages of Computer Scientists" and a "Tree List of 59936 Computer Scientists"1

I did a quick search for 'sergey brin' and it brought up a list of 7 or so links.
But then, I did a search for 'Lofti Zadeh' and found 0.
And when I searched on Google, I got his home page [cs.berkeley.edu] so my thought is that it could use some more data. (Lofti Zadeh is credited as being the inventor of fuzzy logic, more or less).
