The SERP for a particular search phrase on MSN is loaded with redirects to a particular home page. Anyone know what MSN's policy is on this type of spam?

Not sure, I've never tried to report spam to MSN before...however, given that they are utilizing Inktomi Looksmart in combination, I would use their spam reporting methods.
That should do the trick :) Of course, if they are a paying customer, odds are it won't do anything for you...let us know if it works out, okay?
