They call it "meaning-based search" and it sounds very impressive:
Oingo.com is powered by Applied Semantics' CIRCA Technology which is based on an extensive ontology of millions of words, meanings, and their conceptual relationships to other meanings in a semantic network that is constantly changing to reflect the currency of everyday language. Once a query is submitted, our interpretive algorithm parses it and the output is filtered to derive the optimal result.
I can't find anything on their site about where their results are coming from aside from ODP, but the site isn't listed with ODP. Any clues?
I have had one sale from their referal and that does not even come close to paying for all their click throughs.
Under-performing overture partner considering my sales to cost records.

I didn't figure it was out of Overture, because I'm in Overture (not bids, Ink) with a little bit of direct traffic coming in, but those pages are not in Oingo to be found under anything and that's what's being hit on. I can't complain because all I have are a couple of paid Ink pages involved.
No biggie because It's so neglible, but would be interesting to know. I'll check out the other thread. Thanks.
