I was fooling around with WPG submitter and it had a couple of buttons for choosing the se's you want to submit to. So I hit <all the important ones>...while scrolling the list they were all highlighted except for Webcrawler.

Webcrawler's submission form is now through Excite. I'll try to look for the info, but I think Webcrawler has said that they will not accept or index any more sites. They will just reshuffle their current database from time to time.
