Wisenut serps. Cache system in the making?

Ever look at a Wisenut serp source code?

Next to many entries you'll see an html comment:
[216.34.42.100...]

I've not been able to get anything to show, but it sure looks like a Google "cache" system to me.

Are they still in Beta mode? I hope they don't do this on a regular basis
