Aesop engine?

I don't see any posts about the Aesop engine, so I hope this is the right forum.

I've got Mark Joyner's ears this next week to talk about the Aesop engine, so I've put together a list of questions that I want to try to get him to answer --

If anyone has any questions you'd like to see answered, or any thoughts, please let me know. I'll be glad to post anything I learn back here.

I'd like to know more about this engine, since crawler-based engines aren't all that plentiful, AND because in this industry, we are LOSING engines/directories, not gaining new ones. And, it's certainly not getting better with the ones we have left.

So, I want to see if this one has any potential for the future.

Quite frankly I'm surprised you haven't gotten a response on this subject before now. We had a lively discussion about this topic some time ago and Mark even showed up himself.

Hopefully I'll learn some interesting tidbits that I can pass on here when I talk to Mark. I don't know him -- this is my first experience with Mark. But, he's very nice and very willing to answer my questions.
