Alexa Down?

Yes I know Alexa is useless, but some clients won't believe me when I tell them that.

I tried www.alexa.com and it is down.
Then I tried alexa.com and it's okey.

They must have some issue with www subdomain redirecting to host resource...

sorry guys, I just checked www.alexa.com AND alexa.com. No good either way. Darn thing was broken anyway. Last week I had my biggest traffic day ever, verified by server stats and adsense. So what did Alexa show? A huge drop. LMAO. Alexa - broken toy.

alexa is the best way i know of to compare several sites in terms of who gets more traffic? is there a better way?
