I'm interested how is it posible that there is a wrong contact info in Alexa for my domain name!? (I won't list it because of the TOS) When I was at Alexa before everything was correct and now is correct my name, phone number and email address but the street address and the city isn't!? I mean how is it posible when I read on Alexa FAQ that they get the info from WHOIS and my WHOIS doesn't show that address and city. Is it posible that someone change someone's Alexa contact info? Now, I changed my address street and city info in Alexa and I had to confirm it, which I did and my contact email address has to be @mydomainname.com I got the email that it will be changde in 2-4 weeks. Only I get emails from my domain so I don't know how that address street and city is not correct.

Can anyone know how this could happened? Thank you!

As far as I know you can only change your contact info with an info.txt on your server. I don't see how someone else could have done that.
Have you searched for the address and city? Maybe it will tell you something.

Thanks for replying. I searched for the address and city. It doesn't tell me anything. Beside that info.txt you can also change a domain contact info via their contact form but you have to provide a contact email (at least it is written so) @mydomainname.com and you have to confirm your request. Several years ago when I registered my domain there was an incorrect info in Alexa but later it was not the case.
