I believe they are pulling in Google results and then running these against their proprietary contextual search delivery methodology...

multiple tabs exposure and clickable search results buttons on the right...

very cool stuff here...if they could actually crawl the web for their own index and then run this against their huge... well defined ... user and usability base..they have a serious engine going on....
