On the page that says, 'no results,' (it's in french,) the last option is for all the web.
Click that, and you'll get a serp that indicates google on the upper right hand side.
Results seem the same as google's last month. But I could be wrong.

La Toile du Québec is a local directory. Not a search engine. It is listing only sites wich are in French (or have a French version)and wich businesses are located in Québec. It belongs to InfiniT / Vidéotron / Québecor. It uses Google's index for secondary results.
In a long battle with Rogers ATT who wanted the compete Bell Actimedia (Sympatico) on all Canadian market, Québecor finally aquired at big expenses Vidéotron. After 3 months of operation, the staff was cut in half 4 months ago. Listings will take a month now.
It is a good traffic source for most of my clients.
