I submitted various urls associated with our url
[snip] to Inktomi and Fast using the Lycos insite service. I was supposed to be able to track the url's, but this stopped ages ago. At first I thought it was just a blip and they would sort it out. But the service has never worked again, and I have e-mailed them through every contact I can find on their site, numerous occasions but to no avail. Paid a lot of money, over £200, for this and they are completely ignoring me. Any ideas?
