Valueclick have bought Princerunner.com for $29Million in cash and a shares.

Further cash and stock of up to $6Million could also be paid if certain performance targets are met.

This is interesting as it was rumoured that Shopping.com would be interested in buying Pricerunner.com

Interesting, was contacted by pricerunner 5 times to buy links off site I am involved in. Each time refused increasingly higher ammounts but they turned me down cold when I suggested a free link exchange.
