Which one is better?

I wanted to start using one of these services. Has anyone used either of them in the past? If so, which is better in terms of turn over rate; DealTime or BizRate?

From a user's point of view, Dealtime kicks ass (IMHO)

I use both. I just started with BizRate so haven't had any real time to judge them. But Deal Time delivers.

Dealtime is wonderful. The folks there are great to work with and it has delivered the best ROI of any online advertising campaign we've ever run anywhere. (volume is not that large though) I'd start with them.
