Lycos Europe are now offering 1GB storage, your own doamain name, POP access etc. 3.49 GBP per month. For fear of this looking like an advertisment, I'd better say that they have a less than impressive record when it comes to stability, they're going cheap ($200 mil), late to the party and not free.
