Nope, Inktomi is just very, very similar to Google sometimes. Quality tends to float to the top on both.

But on yahoo, (which is using ink?) I'm fourth. If that's ink, I should hold the same on MSN. MSN using Ink too, dosen't it?

Yahoo is not using straight Ink.
Whether it's Ink+ or Ink lite, I dunno, but it's definitely not the same,and for that I'm a happy camper.
