How long for MSN to index all pages?

Only the index page of a site I redesigned and posted in late October has shown up in MSN, although all pages are ranking well in Google. The site doesn't have a lot of back links and it still is not showing up in ODP - could that be why? Any clear criteria for having the whole site crawled by the "free" bot? I thought 3 months would have been enough time for the whole site to show up.

It can take a long time to get into inktomi - In one case, I had a personal site without any SEO & few incoming links and it about a year to get a proper listing... it's the same old story, gotta have good links coming in, even if you do it will still take months...

I've had other sites listed in Inktomi and it has taken as much as two months, but never this long. Since Ink will soon carry more weight when Yahoo starts using it (if the rumors are true), I was wondering if they've slowed the spidering by the free bot.
